Preparing Water for Brewing / Wasser zum Brauen vorbereiten

Hello,
Es tut mir lied. Ich lerne Duetsch. Entschuldigung für das Englisch.
I've just moved to Berlin and getting ready to brew beer. I've noticed the water in Berlin is very heavy with lime and I need to neutralized it in order to really brew well. In the past, I've used CRS (Carbonate Reducing Solution) to balance out the issues with my water. The problem is I can't figure out what that is in German. I've looked all over the place for it, and I can't find it on any German homebrew supply shops.
This is an example of what I usually use: http://getbrewing.uk/brewing-aids/32-ca ... 250ml.html
Alternatively, I thought I might use a water filter. Are there any filters you'd recommend that are effective, don't require a crazy Do-It-Yourself set-up, and are fast (i.e. I'd rather not spend all day running water through a Brita pitcher).... oh... and cost effective. Danke.
