Rated PG is still ok for kids but with parent
Rated PG13 , you must be 13 with parent
Rated R must be 17 to enter
Rated X watch out someone may have a baby!

Well, from a legal standpoint MPAA could be right... however, in the first place, it's absurd to assume that a copyright infringement from a beer label will harm their movie trademark. Perhaps these folks should RDWHAHB...
