Erfahrung zu Thames Valley II 1882 PC von wyeast

Überlege die für ein Alt (dafür wird die ua bei wyeast selbst empfohlen) und ein Roggenbier hertzunehmen.

Im zweiten thread ein aussagekräftiges Rezept mit tasting notes "Malty, slightly fruity aroma, slightly sweet, slightly fruity flavour; stone fruit does come through slightly, as per Wyeast's profile. Still comes through dry overall. Bitterness comes through nicely; glad that I decided to dry-hop for a bit more balance. No diacetyl noticable"
Soll aus einer alten Brauerei eben an der Themse stammen, die dicht gemacht hat.
Schwefel mal ja Mal nein..
Hat jemand hier eigene Erfahrungen in o. g. Stilen?
