Hallo,
ich möchte ein Pils brauen.
Im Rezept steht,dass man beim Würzekochen für 15 Minuten 2 ml Protofloc hinzugibt.
Was ist das ?

Scheint das gleiche zu sein, nur dass Protofloc konzentriert ist..
Habe das hier gefunden:
It's well worth using one or the other, it is just a matter of personal preference. Irish Moss is just a seaweed in its natural form and protofloc is a blend of seaweeds processed into a tablet.
